INTERIOR REDESIGNS

Interior Projects features designs that don’t exceed the existing “footprint” of the house itself. These would include Basement Buildouts to create finished space, Attic annexations to create new Living space and general space re-configurations.  With regard to Basements; some were never intended to be finished and others were from their original construction. At least the intention is present. Conversely, Attics are normally not intended to be occupied. However, due to new materials and technologies, using these spaces is ever more realistic. Interior Re-configurations are most often a need with more dated homes that were built in a different era and addressed a different lifestyle. Fortunately, just because times have changed does not mean the house can’t. In these cases, the owner or investor wants to create a more contemporary functionality on the interior without impacting the charm of the exterior. Designs of this kind require a Designer and Builder with the skill and knowledge of experience.
