
A Garage and a Few Things
Again, hale to the simple stuff. Too many projects featured on the web are so far out of reach for the average family. This is another example of good, affordable design. It matters. Effectively, they just wanted the house to work a little better and gain protection for their cars. There was a little topography issue, but nothing insurmountable. In this little study you can see that we managed to clean up the bathroom situation by introducing a Jack-n-Jill and subsequent Powder Room. The Master went from a tiny shower bath to a reasonable (but common) compartment bath with a respectable increase in closet space. Moreover, they were able to have a garage which created a very nice, and secluded, family deck overlooking the backyard. Again, not glitzy, just functional.
