Capital Improvements Project
Regardless of your property needs, we have you covered. This is a repeat condominium conversion client. In this instance, the property was due for New Rooves, Gutters & Downspouts and General Cosmetic Repairs. For a number of reasons, the project required graphic documentation. These reasons included accurate estimation scope and criteria, lead and asbestos abatement and remediation, site staging and tenant/owner notifications. The project is rather large as this example only reflects 50% of the overall undertaking. With our assistance, the owners accommodated their mission while meeting the requirements of the permitting authority. We were able to fully document phase I in less than 30 days.
