It’s Not Always a Fire

We can offer much more than attention during a tragedy. IN this case, a regular builder client had a property owner that had acquired two apartment complexes literally side-by-side. They wanted to combine the properties into a single complex and management overhead. One complex was fronting on a much more traveled road than the adjacent property. So, we were commissioned to bring together the team and repurpose buildings on each property. The drawings herein depict what became the primary leasing office for the entire complex. In a subsequent project we took the former leasing office for the other half and repurposed it as the family health center for the complex. Additionally, this led to our coordinating upgrades to the complex potable water system to meet current code compliance. So, it really isn’t always a fire.
