Our Master Suite isn’t Either

This is a very nice average home in a very well-established neighborhood with a lovely back yard. The owners had done some very effective detailing of the interior spaces and made it most attractive and comfortable. The Master wasn’t working though. It was a typical tiny master with a non-existent bath. They wanted to bump out the back in the most cost-effective fashion possible while keeping with the existing exterior within reason. They wanted a reasonable bath and much better closets with bookcases to handle a nice collection. Furthermore, they needed direct access to the back yard and an unobstructed view. This is a perfect example of appropriate money well spent.
