SMALL MATTERS

So small it doesn’t warrant a reference image…but it still matters; especially in the city of Atlanta. This project was a fire in a rated dumpster enclosure attached to a well-regarded restaurant. The good news was that the enclosure worked. The bad news was that it needed to be rebuilt per code and had no drawings available to reference the original design. There wasn’t even a recorded site plan to locate the damage per authority guidelines. This needed to be dealt with promptly to avoid affecting the establishment’s business. With our contacts, and in close cooperation with the restoration contractor, we managed to attain the necessary support documentation and then quickly produce replacement documentation with an engineer’s review and seal. What started out as a “Tempest in a Teapot” was soon just a blustery day. Problem solved
